-Develop compelling marketing materials (both online and offline) for Japanese language site. -Create visual designs that address the business, market needs, user requirement while adhering to the brand including design and production of screen layouts, color palettes, typography and UI elements-Work collaboratively with marketing manager and in-house design team to tackle challenging design problems for Japan market

Job Requirements:

-At least 5 years of experience in designing consumer facing marketing materials targeting Japanese users-Speaks and read both Japanese and English fluently-A very good understanding of designing and adapting global brands for Japanese market-Comfortable working with multiple iterations-Strong communication skills-Proven ability to work with cross functional teams-Strong working knowledge of Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, Quark and PowerPoint
